To use BKOOL Cycling, the Garmin Agent must be off otherwise, the two programs may conflict with each other.ī. Also, make sure you're not using Garmin's USB ANT+. (Windows: Task Manager > Applications/Processes // MAC: Activity Monitor). Are you using Garmin Express or Garmin Agent (or any other software that uses ANT+ technology, such as Zwift, Adidas M圜oach, etc.) on that device?
